Randolph C. Baker, Esq.
Mr. Baker received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Baltimore. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Baker has been an adjunct professor of paralegal studies at Harford Community College and Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University). Mr. Baker's practice focuses on litigation in the areas of civil and criminal law, at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Baker has practiced in the Court of Appeals for the 4th Circut and the U.S. Supreme Court. |

Howard counties), Circuit Court of Howard County Maryland and was also a
Judicial Intern at the Howard County District Court's
DUI/Drug Treatment Court.
