Stuart Blat, Esq.

        Is a partner in the firm. His vast experience, expertise and integrity of representation in the financial services industry established for him a consistent track record of success.


         He is actively involved and recognized as a leader in national financial service trade associations. Mr. Blatt served as counsel to Citicorp. His prior associations include Marine Midland Bank and Dun & Bradstreet. His areas of practice include retail and commercial collections, debt buying, business and litigation throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Blatt has been directly responsible for litigation before all levels of State and Federal Courts and is involved in monitoring legislation. He has appeared before the Senate sub-committee hearings on new laws. Mr. Blatt is a mediator for Baltimore City and County Circuit Courts and a national arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. He is a member of Who’s Who Worldwide Registry of Business Leaders. 


        Mr. Blatt was a Past-President of (NARCA), The National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys and is a member of the Board of Directors. He is the Past President of the Maryland/District of Columbia Creditors Bar Association. He was Chairman of the Retail Collections Section and Vice President of the CRS Executive Council of the Commercial Law League of America. Mr. Blatt was President of DBA International, Inc., serves as the association National Legislative Chairman and is a member of the Board of Directors. He also served as Chairman of the Joint Association Summit (JAS).



        Mr. Blatt is a frequent national lecturer at industry conferences including Thomson Publications, Source Media, CRS, CLLA, NARCA, DBA, Lorman Education Conferences and other educational events.

 Jeffrey Pritzker, Esq.


        Mr. Pritzker received his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 1970 and his law degree, with honors, from the University of Maryland in 1974. During law school, he served as a member of the Maryland Law Review, during which time he authored and published an article titled "Negligent Entrustment in Maryland".



        Mr. Pritzker is listed in Who’s Who in American Law. His practice encompasses all aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, anti-trust, and business planning. Mr. Pritzker has extensive trial experience in the federal and state trial and appellate courts. Mr. Pritzker has specialized in complex litigation and has a substantial construction litigation practice. Mr. Pritzker has also been counsel to numerous corporations and associations in virtually every aspect of their existence.



        He was the candidate for the Attorney General of the State of Maryland and was subsequently approved by the Judicial Selection commission for appointment to the Bench of the Maryland District Court. Mr. Pritzker is the managing partner of the firm.


Associates

Randolph C. Baker, Esq.

         Mr. Baker received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Baltimore. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Baker has been an adjunct professor of paralegal studies at Harford Community College and Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University). Mr. Baker's practice focuses on litigation in the areas of civil and criminal law, at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Baker has practiced in the Court of Appeals for the 4th Circut and the U.S. Supreme Court.


        Hal Blatt graduated a leadership scholar and member of the negotiation team from University of Maryland School of Law, 2009. He is a graduate, Magna Cum Laude,  of Towson University, Honors College, 2006.

        Previously Mr. Blatt was a Staff Attorney at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. He  served a Judicial Internship at Howard County Circuit Court to The Honorable Diane O. Leasure, Circuit Administrative Judge, 5th Judicial Circuit (Anne Arundel, Carroll & Howard counties), Circuit Court of Howard County Maryland and was also a Judicial Intern at the Howard County District Court's DUI/Drug Treatment Court.
